Nilesh Dayal is a Managing Director and Partner in L.E.K. Consulting’s Houston office. Nilesh is head of the firm’s global Energy practice focusing on the Oil and Gas, Power & Utilities, Renewables and Chemicals sectors. He is an expert and thought leader in energy transition and sustainability issues impacting the industry. Nilesh has more than 20 years of experience advising clients on growth strategies related to acquisitions, divestitures and new business venture launches, corporate restructurings, supply chain management, public sector and regulatory strategy, profitability and operations improvement, and post-merger integration and planning.

Prior to joining L.E.K., Nilesh was founder and managing partner of PacWest Consulting Partners, a boutique management consulting and market research firm. He sold PacWest Consulting Partners to IHS Energy, where he was vice president of energy strategy consulting globally. Nilesh began his consulting career at Arthur D. Little.

Nilesh earned his B.S. degree in Industrial & Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan and his MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
