Nilesh Dayal is a Managing Director and Partner in L.E.K. Consulting's Houston Office. He is head of the firm’s Global Energy Practice and also focused on the oil & gas and chemical sectors. He has more than 20 years of experience advising clients on growth strategies related to acquisitions, divestitures and new business venture launches; corporate restructurings; supply chain management; public sector and regulatory strategy; profitability and operations improvement, and post-merger integration and planning.

Prior to joining L.E.K., Nilesh was founder and Managing Partner of PacWest Consulting Partners, a boutique management consulting and market research firm focused on unconventional oil and gas. He sold PacWest Consulting Partners to IHS Energy, where he was Vice President of Energy Strategy consulting. He began his consulting career at Arthur D. Little.

Nilesh received an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. He earned his undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial & Operations Engineering also from the University of Michigan.
