Aakansha Sethi is a Partner at L.E.K. Consulting and a member of the firm’s Global Education practice. Aakansha advises governments and social impact organizations on various topics including human capital development, education transformation strategy and implementation, private investment attraction, and the design of development policies and regulations. She works extensively with leading education companies and private equity investors on buy- and sell-side diligences, market entry, and growth potential strategies as well as pricing and profitability assessments. Her experience spans the entire education spectrum, from early childhood education to tertiary education and the future of skills. Aakansha works with clients across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, India, Latin America and Africa.
Prior to joining L.E.K., Aakansha worked at The Parthenon Group as a Senior Consultant at the Education Centre of Excellence and as an economic policy journalist with CNBC. She holds a bachelor’s in economics from St. Stephen’s College and an MBA from the Indian School of Business.
