François Mallette is a Managing Director and Partner in L.E.K.'s Boston office. He leads the Americas' Private Equity practice and is a member of L.E.K.'s Americas Regional Management Committee. He also leads the Americas' Automotive practice. François has more than 25 years of experience in assisting financial sponsors and strategic buyers in evaluating their investment opportunities, and valuation, as well as developing strategic and operational enhancements for portfolio companies in North America, South America, Europe, Japan and China.

Prior to joining L.E.K. in 1993, Francois worked at The Alcar Group, a consulting firm that pioneered the use of Value Management, and Citibank.

He received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, with honors, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario.
