Amanda Davis Winters is a Managing Director and Partner at L.E.K. Consulting, as well as Head of the New York office. Amanda has been with the firm since 2008 and serves as a senior leader in L.E.K.’s Private Equity and Industrials practices. She advises private equity investors across all sectors and corporate clients in Chemicals & Materials and Environmental Services. She has deep expertise in growth strategy, go-to-market and commercial planning, and value creation as well as both buy- and sell-side due diligence. She is focused on helping clients identify growth opportunities, evaluate investments, and accelerate performance post-acquisition.

Amanda holds a B.A. degree in Psychology and Communication from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from New York University Stern School of Business. In 2018, Amanda was selected as a Rising Star of the Consulting Profession by Consulting magazine.
