Rustin Richburg is L.E.K. Consulting’s Global Chief Talent Officer and a Partner in the New York office. Rustin leads the firm’s global people and talent strategy as well as people, culture and talent programs. He has broad leadership experience and deep expertise across business and talent strategy, culture and inclusion, executive development, business partnerships and talent acquisition. He has worked in a range of industries, including technology, hospitality, healthcare and logistics.
Before joining L.E.K., Rustin was Chief People Officer at BARK. Prior to that, he held leadership roles at Walton Enterprises, Inc., Walton Family Foundation, Walmart, Imperial Brands and Accenture. He holds a bachelor’s degree in agribusiness from Texas A&M University and certifications in program management from the University of Washington and in conflict resolution from Cornell University.
