Andrew Kadar is a Managing Director and Partner in L.E.K. Consulting’s Private Equity practice and Healthcare Services practice. Andrew is based in the firm’s San Francisco office. He joined L.E.K. in 2006 as an Associate and advises private equity investors as well as healthcare payers, providers, and HCIT firms on critical strategic issues. His core areas of expertise include buy-side due diligence, sell-side support, and portfolio company growth strategy and operations improvement. Andrew’s expert commentary has appeared in Health Leaders and Forbes.
Andrew holds a B.A. degree in Economics from The University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. In 2016, Andrew was selected as a Rising Star of the Consulting Profession by Consulting magazine, and in 2020, he received an Emerging Leaders award from The M&A Advisor.
