Will Garrigues is a Managing Director in L.E.K. Consulting’s San Francisco office and a member of the firm’s Agribusiness and Chemicals practices. He brings more than 14 years of experience in strategy consulting, partnership development, and R&D management, and advises clients on growth strategy, M&A, and performance improvement with a focus on agribusiness, upstream food and ingredients, and industrial biotechnology.
Will works with private equity investors and leading industrial companies across the agribusiness value chain, including crop inputs, ag technology, animal health, protein, food ingredients, and produce. He also advises on industrial biotechnology topics, including bio-based chemicals and fermentation-based production platforms, and supports diligence and growth strategy work for R&D- and manufacturing-intensive businesses.
Will received an A.B. in Biomechanical Engineering, magna cum laude, from Harvard University and holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University.
