Will Garrigues is a Managing Director in L.E.K. Consulting’s San Francisco office and a member of the firm’s Agribusiness and Chemicals practices. He brings more than 14 years of experience in strategy consulting, partnership development, and R&D management, advising clients on growth strategy, innovation, and transaction support across the agribusiness value chain.
Will has worked extensively with private equity investors and leading industrial companies, with particular experience supporting the discovery, development, and commercialization of new technologies in crop inputs and biologicals. His work spans innovation strategy, market assessment, and global brand strategy for specialty crop inputs, including fertilizers, biostimulants, and crop biologicals.
Will received an A.B. in Biomechanical Engineering, magna cum laude, from Harvard University and holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University.
