Candace is a Managing Director in L.E.K.’s Healthcare practice and is based in the Atlanta office. She serves as the U.S. Women’s Health Lead, advising clients across the women’s health landscape, including medical devices, provider services, and consumer health. Candace works with businesses to develop commercialization and go-to-market strategies, as well as providing expertise in private equity and corporate diligence.
Candace has extensive experience in women’s health, having led projects such as crafting growth strategies for home and point-of-care diagnostics in oncology, designing white space roadmaps for MedTech expansion into breast surgery and reconstruction, and developing go-to-market strategies for innovative maternal and neonatal care technologies. She has also collaborated with nonprofits to increase access to care for underserved women’s health needs globally.
In addition to her work in women’s health, Candace advises clients on commercial strategy and diligence across clinical areas such as orthopedics, urology, advanced surgical and regenerative medicine, drug/device combinations, implantables, and dental. She also specializes in advanced data and analytics, having developed innovative survey tools and targeting frameworks to address complex consumer and provider challenges.
Candace holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and an A.B. in Economics from the University of Chicago.
