With nearly two decades of experience in digital strategy and transformation, Rob specializes in advising businesses on strategic digital and AI initiatives to drive growth, enhance operations, and build competitive advantage.
Rob brings a wealth of experience in spearheading large-scale digital transformation initiatives and building digital businesses. In addition to his tenure at L.E.K., Rob served as a Senior Director at an FTSE 100 financial services company, where he was a leader of the business’s new digital ventures and was instrumental in developing and executing the bank’s digital transformation roadmap.
Rob’s advisory work spans industries, where he has led digital and AI transformation initiatives, supported businesses in advancing their technology maturity, and helped organizations adopt digital-first ways of working. His expertise in integrating new technologies into strategic business planning makes him a trusted advisor to clients navigating complex transformations.
Rob holds a B.Sc. in Management from the University of Warwick, an M.Sc. in Statistics from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from INSEAD.
