Knute Gailor is a Managing Director and Partner in L.E.K. Consulting’s Industrials practice, focused within distribution and building products. Based in Boston, Knute joined the firm in 2016 and advises clients on a range of strategic issues, including go-to-market strategy, shareholder value creation, portfolio strategy, revenue growth, commercial due diligence, digital maturity, and mergers and acquisitions.
Knute is a licensed residential and commercial general contractor in the state of Massachusetts and holds a B.A. from Hamilton College.
