Iain Evans is a Co-Founder and Chairman Emeritus of L.E.K. Consulting. He established the firm in 1983 to provide clients with analytically-based problem-solving advice of the highest quality and integrity. Under Iain’s leadership, L.E.K. grew to become one of the world's most respected management consulting firms, with an international reputation for providing the insight and direction to help clients solve their toughest challenges.
As well as overseeing L.E.K.'s global development, Iain has led many of the firm's largest client relationships and today maintains an active focus on client engagements. With more than 35 years' experience in strategy consulting and mergers and acquisitions, Iain has substantial expertise across a wide range of industries and geographies. He has achieved a global reputation as a corporate strategist, is acknowledged as one of the world's leading mergers and acquisitions consultants and is an expert on corporate turnarounds.
Iain has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Bristol University, where he graduated with honors. He received a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, where he graduated with high distinction, being awarded a Baker Scholarship and Loeb Rhoades Fellowship in Finance.
