Tim McGrath is a Partner in L.E.K. Consulting’s Melbourne office. He advises major organizations on corporate & organizational strategy and performance improvement. Tim possesses extensive experience in energy, industrials, mining and logistics sectors, with a particular focus on guiding clients through significant periods of change.
Prior to joining L.E.K., Tim spent 12 years in the technology and banking sectors, where he spent time in strategy, operations, sales and project management roles. During his career, Tim has worked throughout Australia, New Zealand and Canada.
He has a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (Honours) from The University of Melbourne and a Master of Business Administration from Melbourne Business School, where he was placed on the Dean’s List.
