Nawaz is a Partner of L.E.K. based in the Sydney office.
Nawaz works predominantly advising private equity and other corporate and financial sponsor investors, particularly on deals in the consumer products, retail and agribusiness space. He also has extensive experience in advising on numerous infrastructure deals across waste, industrials, and transport.
Across these sectors, Nawaz has advised across portfolio strategy, market entry strategy, commercial due diligence, and post-deal value creation.
He has worked extensively with clients in Australia, Singapore, the Middle East, and Europe.
Prior to joining L.E.K, Nawaz was a partner at Strategy&, working with private equity clients and other investors. He has also worked at Kearney and BCG during his career. Nawaz holds a dual Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Engineering degree from UTS, Sydney, as well as an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.
