Tim O’Neil is a Managing Director and Partner in L.E.K. Consulting’s Chicago office and a member of the Building & Construction practice. Tim advises clients on growth strategy, pricing strategy and M&A projects related to building products and construction services.
Tim first joined L.E.K. as a Consultant in 2013. He left the firm from 2015-17 to join James Hardie Building Products before rejoining L.E.K. in 2018. Tim earned his B.A. degree in Finance from the University of Illinois and holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
