Brian Zapf is a Managing Director in L.E.K. Consulting’s Chicago office and a member of the firm’s Operations & Supply Chain practice. He brings more than 14 years of consulting experience helping companies create value through their end-to-end supply chains, advising on supply chain strategy, performance improvement, value creation, and operating model design.
Brian has worked with clients across industrials, consumer products, retail, and healthcare, supporting initiatives such as procurement transformation, network optimization, manufacturing footprint strategy, and large-scale cost and EBIT improvement programs. He is particularly focused on helping leadership teams translate strategy into practical execution that delivers measurable results.
Prior to joining L.E.K., Brian was a Senior Director at Alvarez & Marsal in the firm’s Global Supply Chain practice. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Film from Northwestern University.
