Chris Randall is a Managing Director and Partner in L.E.K. Consulting’s Boston office, and he serves as Global Co-Head of the firm’s Consumer sector. Chris’ experience extends into many sectors, including footwear and apparel, sporting goods, home and household products and other durable goods. He focuses on advising retailers and brands on a range of critical strategic issues including growth strategy, brand and marketing strategy, channel strategy, digital, data analytics, organizational strategy, and mergers and acquisitions. Chris is a widely published author and speaker on the consumer landscape. His expert commentary has appeared in Harvard Business Review, Retail TouchPoints, Women’s Wear Daily, and the publications of the National Retail Federation and National Sporting Goods Association. 

Chris joined L.E.K. in 2005 as an Associate and then re-joined the firm in 2007 after working in Ahold’s internal strategy group. He holds a B.S. degree with honors from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. In 2016, Chris received the Excellence in Social & Community Investment Award from Consulting magazine.
