Matt Korsch is a Managing Director and Partner in L.E.K. Consulting’s Chicago office and leads the firm’s Building & Construction practice. Matt advises clients on a range of strategic issues that include growth strategy, profitability enhancement, international growth, and merger and acquisition support (including commercial due diligence, vendor due diligence and acquisition screens). In addition to building and construction, he has worked across a range of other industries including industrial distribution, industrial equipment, oil and gas/energy, and private equity. Matt is a winner of The M&A Advisor 2019 Emerging Leaders Award.

Matt holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and Economics from Northwestern University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
