Trent is a Managing Director in L.E.K. Consulting’s San Francisco office and a member of the Healthcare Services and Private Equity practices.
Trent brings 10+ years of consulting experience, supporting financial sponsors with buy- and sell-side due diligence and PortCo value creation, and advising corporate clients on growth strategy, go-to-market, and operations performance improvement.
He has substantial experience across the Payer, Provider, and Healthcare IT sectors, with deep expertise in Medicare Advantage, employer-sponsored programs, value-based care, physician practice management, behavioral health, post-acute and home-based care, medical transportation, and EMR / Practice Management and Revenue Cycle Management solutions.
Trent holds a B.A. degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
