Andreas Buelow is a Partner at L.E.K. Consulting. Based in Manama, Bahrain, Andreas focuses mainly on financial services in the Middle East (in particular, insurance and wealth management), and advises clients on strategies for profitable growth and shareholder value creation in an environment driven by rapid technological advancements and fundamental socio-economic transformation. He also advises long-term capital allocators on strategies to optimize value creation in this context of transformational change.
Drawing on practical experience in the insurance sector as an executive, Andreas emphasizes on the practicalities of strategy -- covering development, implementation, decision support, inorganic growth and performance improvement programs. He has worked in Europe and the Middle East.
Andreas joined L.E.K. in 2024 following tenures with leading consulting firms in the Middle East as well as with a leading international financial services firm in Germany. He holds an MBA from the International University of Monaco and a Diploma in Economics from the University of Hohenheim in Germany.
