William Tite is a Partner in L.E.K. Consulting's London office.
He focuses primarily on the transport industry having advised some of the largest clients in the sector. He is a member of the firm's Transport & Logistics practice and has extensive experience helping clients across the transport value chain address issues such as strategic positioning, sustainability (particularly the commercial issues and challenges raised by the transition to net zero), buy and sell-side due diligence, business plan development and forecasting.
William also has considerable experience advising clients across other areas of the economy. This includes the Travel and Leisure industries where he remains active helping both corporates and financial sponsors in understanding consumer attitudes and preferences in a post-COVID environment. He also has extensive experience working with clients in the Residential Housebuilding sector where he has developed and delivered performance improvement plans, provided transactional support and helped clients understand the impact of new technologies, such as volumetric modular, on the sector.
William graduated from the University of Bristol with a degree in French.
