Sébastien Beausoleil is a Partner in L.E.K.’s Paris office and a member of the firm’s Operations practice. He brings 20+ years of experience in consulting and industry roles, supporting private equity investors, corporate boards and management teams on operational due diligence, post-deal value creation / transformation, and integration and separation programmes.
Sébastien works closely with CEOs, CFOs and operating teams to translate diligence insights into actionable value creation plans to deliver sustainable results. He has advised clients across a broad range of sectors, including pharmaceuticals, FMCG, industrial services and products, aerospace and defence, and construction.
Prior to joining L.E.K., Sébastien spent more than six years with Deloitte Value Creation Services and Alvarez & Marsal, most recently as a Senior Director. Earlier in his career, he spent six years at Nestlé’s headquarters in Switzerland, where he held roles in internal operational audit and controlling. Sébastien holds a Master’s degree in Management from NEOMA Business School and is a Certified Internal Auditor.
