Chicago, IL — January 20, 2015 — L.E.K. Consulting, a global management consulting firm, continues to strengthen its expertise across multiple industry sectors and geographies with the promotion of seven individuals to partner. The new global partners are all promoted from within the firm and enable L.E.K. to continue helping its clients achieve exceptional results and impact.

L.E.K.’s new partners are:

Brian Baranick, based in Los Angeles, joined L.E.K. in 2007 and focuses on biopharmaceuticals, diagnostics, research tools and personalized medicine. He advises clients in the areas of corporate strategy, product strategy, and planning and transaction support. Baranick received a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from UCLA.

Gianluigi Indino, based in Paris, joined L.E.K. in 2011 and focuses primarily in the industrial sectors including energy, automotive, water, rail and logistics. Indino graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bologna, completed his MBA at HEC in France, and also earned a Master’s degree in Project Finance at the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées.

Tim McGrath, based in Melbourne, began his tenure at L.E.K. in 2010 following 13 years in technology and banking. He has developed a specialization in strategy activation, with experience in areas such as operational improvement, cost reduction, operating models and organizational design. He earned a degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from the Melbourne Business School.

Monish Rajpal is based in New York and joined L.E.K. in 2008. He advises clients in life sciences, MedTech and healthcare services, including the emerging overlap and convergence among these sectors. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pune, India, a Master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from the Booth School of Business, University of Chicago.

Chris Randall, based in Boston, joined L.E.K. in 2005, and then rejoined the firm in 2007 after working with grocery chain Stop & Shop’s internal strategy group. Randall has developed an expertise advising clients in the consumer products and retail sectors, where he advises clients on a range of critical strategic issues. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors from Carroll School of Management, Boston College.

Diogo Silva, based in London, began his L.E.K. career in 2006 after earning an MBA at INSEAD. He rejoined L.E.K. in 2013 after working at Barclays Capital where he held roles in the COO office of the Investment Bank and also in Group Treasury. Silva works almost exclusively in the financial services sector, combining relationship management and communication skills with a strong commercial perspective and highly developed analytical capabilities. He has a degree in Business Administration from the Universidade Catolica Portuguesa.

Manas Tamotia, based in Singapore, joined L.E.K. in 2002 and then rejoined the firm in 2011 after receiving his MBA and working in the commodities trading and corporate development groups of Constellation Energy. Tamotia has spent his L.E.K. tenure in the firm’s Southeast Asia region and has deep expertise in the industrials and building products and private equity sectors. He received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of New South Wales and his MBA at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
