L.E.K. established a local presence across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) beginning in 2022, after many years of providing consulting services to its Middle East clients from international offices. We currently have offices in Riyadh, Kingdon of Saudi Arabia, (KSA) which serves as the firm’s regional headquarters, in Abu Dhabi and Dubai in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and in Manama, Bahrain. From these locations, we work with government entities, corporations and private investors—including sovereign wealth funds—within the GCC to solve complex strategic, commercial and operational challenges. We draw on deep sector expertise and experience advising senior decision-makers around the globe across all major industry verticals in our GCC consulting work, with a focus on healthcare and life sciences, education, transportation and financial services. In addition to general strategy consulting services such as growth, market launch, operations and performance improvement, we also provide buy- and sell-side diligence, digital strategy, pricing and sustainability support.
