Seasoned Consulting Leader Brings Expertise Spanning the Full Infrastructure Lifecycle
Melbourne, Australia (February 4, 2026) – L.E.K. Consulting, the leading global strategy consultancy, today announced that Paul Mountney has joined the firm as a Partner in its Transport, Infrastructure & Logistics practice. Based in Melbourne, Paul will strengthen L.E.K.’s transport, freight and logistics capabilities across Australia and New Zealand, as well as throughout the Middle East and Asia.
Paul brings 25 years of experience advising private and public sector clients across the full transport, freight and infrastructure ecosystem. He is a commercial and economic advisory specialist who is known for moving seamlessly between advising senior decision-makers at a strategic level and engaging in detailed technical analysis to support robust, evidence-based outcomes.
Having managed projects from the strategy phase to commercial close, Paul’s experience includes financial and commercial analysis, business case development, government contracting, and strategic transport and freight infrastructure planning. He has also been heavily involved in international infrastructure projects.
