L.E.K. Consulting, a global management consulting firm, has named five new partners across the firm. The new partners have advanced within the firm and further strengthen L.E.K.’s expertise across multiple industry sectors and geographies.

L.E.K.’s new partners are:

Patrick Branch is based in L.E.K.’s Tokyo office and joined the firm’s Life Sciences practice in 2007. He advises clients and investors in the biopharmaceutical, medical device and broader healthcare sectors on a range of issues, such as commercial strategy, corporate and business unit strategy, pricing and market access and M&A. Patrick received an MBA from INSEAD in Fountainebleau, France, and a Master of Public Health from Columbia University. He also holds degrees from the University of London and the University of Nottingham.

Max Cambras is a leader in L.E.K.’s Life Sciences practice, based in Los Angeles. He has over 17 years’ experience working with biopharmaceutical companies on commercialization strategy, innovation planning and management, drug delivery and digital health and patient engagement. Prior to joining L.E.K., Max was a senior manager in the marketing analytics group at Purdue Pharma. He received a BA from the University of Chicago and an MA from the University of Iowa.

Dan Horsley, based in Chicago, focuses on the Industrials sector, with particular expertise in the firm’s Organization & Performance practice. He works with clients on the development and execution of their business strategy, including market entry, target screening and diligence, post-merger integration, sales and distribution network optimization and operational model redesign. Before joining L.E.K., he held sales and development roles at Fandango.com. Dan holds a BS in Management from the California Polytechnic State University and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Andrew Kadar joined L.E.K.’s San Francisco office in 2006 and is a member of the firm’s Healthcare Services practice. His expertise includes Medicare payer strategy and operations, market assessment, product development and provider network development and management. Andrew has a BA in Economics from The University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Yong Teng, PhD, is based in L.E.K.’s Shanghai office and joined the firm’s Industrials practice in 2016. Dr. Teng has over 15 years’ experience working with leading global corporations and Chinese State-owned and private enterprises. He has advised clients in the energy, industrial, automotive and manufacturing sectors on growth planning, operating improvement, investments and post-merger integrations. He was previously an investment director at cross-Pacific buyout fund Crimson Investments and before that a Principal at A.T. Kearney. Dr. Yong has an MBA from the Johnson School at Cornell University and a PhD in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Virginia.

In addition to the new partner promotions, Simon Horan, Partner and a leader of the firm’s Organization & Performance practice, has relocated to L.E.K.’s Chicago office from Melbourne, Australia. Mr. Horan has advised clients across the Asia-Pacific and United States on a wide variety of strategy, organization and performance improvement issues. Prior to joining L.E.K., he was an economist with the Australian Federal Treasury. He holds a BA in Economics from the Australian National University and an MBA from INSEAD.
