BOSTON, MA (March 13, 2023) ¬– Global strategy firm L.E.K. Consulting’s Tobias Koesters and Darren Perry have been named among Consulting Magazine’s 2023 Global Leaders in Consulting. Koesters, a Partner at L.E.K., was awarded for Excellence in Client Service and Perry, a Partner, was awarded for Excellence in Pro Bono. Global Leader award recipients are recognized for their outstanding leadership qualities and extraordinary influence within their firms and across the entire consulting profession.

Koesters, a Partner who joined L.E.K. in 2007, is based in the firm’s Munich office. He has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare. He leads high-impact projects that address corporate growth strategy, business design and planning, as well as transaction support. He launched the firm’s local activities in healthcare services in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Poland, and is head of the area’s operations.

Perry, a Partner, who joined L.E.K. in 2005, is based in the firm's Boston office. He is Head of L.E.K.'s Digital service line, where he leads client projects focused on digital strategy, digital commerce, digital products, and digital ways of working. He has led the firm’s Pro Bono consulting program in the U.S. for the past 10 years and has overseen nearly 30 projects for clients addressing a wide range of societal issues, including childhood education, climate change, equity, diversity and inclusion and preservation of the arts – in total representing over $10 million in donated consulting services.
