Survey results: Week of April 14-20, 2020
L.E.K. Consulting’s survey “COVID-19 Impact on U.S. Hospitals” tracks COVID-19’s effect on hospital staff morale and inpatient capacities, key areas of concern and actions taken to handle the outbreak. This week’s survey also includes new questions about when hospitals expect to ramp-up elective procedures, strategic and operational changes that hospitals expect to make post-COVID-19, and changes hospitals would like manufacturers to provide after the outbreak is over. We plan to administer the survey every one to two weeks, with each edition offering a glimpse into hospital sentiment over time.
