Event: Enterprise Digital Transformation Council

Transforming into a digital business is not just about technology. It is about changing not only how you do business but what business you can actually do. New levels of customer engagement, employee empowerment and customer touchpoints are all directed by high fidelity data sets and analytical tools. Defining what this new business model should look like, building the investment case for it, and winning over your organization for the change requires a clear structure and a strategy. A new book from Harvard Business Review PressEdge Strategy: A New Mindset for Profitable Growth, lays out a framework to help do just that. One of the authors, L.E.K. Managing Director Alan Lewis, discusses how adopting an ‘edge mindset’ can help drive your digital transformation.
