BOSTON, MA (December 15, 2021) – Global strategy consulting firm L.E.K. Consulting has named Robert Rourke to the position of Vice-Chair, Global Industrials. In the new role, he will advise major clients across several industry subsectors on meeting important strategic challenges related to growth, transformation and M&A.
Rourke, a Managing Director and Partner at the firm, helped build L.E.K.’s Building and Construction practice into the industry’s leader. He chaired L.E.K.’s Americas Regional Management Committee and served on the Global Leadership Team. Rourke joined the firm in 1996.
Based in Chicago, Rourke recently completed his three-year term as Head of the Americas Region. Under his tenure in that role, L.E.K. in the U.S. grew by over 50% and introduced new and expanded service offerings related to Organization and Performance Improvement, Digital Transformation and Sustainability. Rourke has been recognized for his Leadership, as honored by Consulting Magazine as one of the top 25 executives in the consulting industry.
