The second edition of the Financial Planning Growth Index Report provides a clear view of how UK financial planning firms are performing and where the sector is heading. Developed in conjunction with Saltus, the report draws on survey responses from 216 senior leaders across firms of varying sizes, offering a robust perspective on market dynamics and strategic priorities.

While firms report improving confidence, the findings highlight a sector operating under continued pressure from regulation, rising costs and evolving client demands. The research also examines how firms are adapting their operating models and investing in technology to support efficiency and scalability.
