Shanghai — July 4, 2016 — L.E.K. Consulting, a global management consulting firm, today announced that Yong Teng (滕勇) has joined the firm’s China practice as principal and will be based out of Shanghai. Teng brings more than 15 years of management consulting experience that spans the U.S. and China, and operational expertise from working alongside of global organizations and Chinese State-owned and private enterprises. He will advise Chinese companies in their internationalization efforts as well as global clients in their China operations.

Prior to joining L.E.K., Teng was an investment director at Crimson Investments, a leading cross-Pacific buyout fund, and he has 13 years of management consulting experience with A.T. Kearney and Accenture. He has extensive experience in the energy and manufacturing sectors, focused on growth planning, investments and post-merger integration. He received his PhD in aerospace engineering from University of Virginia, his MBA from the Johnson School at Cornell and his undergraduate degree in aerospace engineering from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
