McKone to Spearhead Firm’s Creation and Scaling Up of New Service Lines to Meet Increasing Demand from Global Companies
BOSTON and LONDON (May 27, 2021) – Global management consulting firm L.E.K. Consulting has appointed Dan McKone as Chairman of Global Innovation. In the newly created role, McKone, who is an L.E.K. Managing Director, will develop and lead a process that will enable select high-potential ideas and intellectual capital from bespoke projects to quickly become robust service lines available to clients across the firm’s practices and sectors.

He currently leads the firm’s work globally for clients around customer engagement and loyalty and is the Head of the Travel & Transportation Practice in the Americas. He is the coauthor, along with L.E.K. Managing Director Alan Lewis, of Edge Strategy, A New Mindset for Profitable Growth, published by Harvard Business Review Press.
