CHICAGO (December 14, 2021) – L.E.K. Consulting has elected Manny Picciola, a Managing Director and Partner at the global strategy consulting firm, as its Head of the Americas Region.
Picciola, who joined L.E.K. in 2008, is currently the Global Co-head of the firm’s Consumer sector and has directed more than 500 projects in corporate business-unit strategy, channel management, consumer segmentation, corporate turnaround and merger and acquisition support. He has led the L.E.K. Chicago office, built the firm’s food and beverage sector, and serves clients in the consumer products, private equity and business services industries.

Picciola succeeds Robert Rourke, an L.E.K. Managing Director and Partner who has completed his three-year term as Head of the Americas Region. Rourke has been named L.E.K.
