Former Microsoft and Kaiser Permanente Executive Kerri-Lynn Primmer Morris to Lead L.E.K. Consulting’s Internal Technology Team

BOSTON, MA and LONDON, UK (November 17, 2022) L.E.K. Consulting, the global strategy consulting firm, announced that Kerri-Lynn Primmer Morris has joined the firm as Chief Information Officer. She will lead L.E.K.’s internal digital transformation initiatives and advise on technology strategy projects.  

Primmer Morris was most recently Chief Technology Officer at SSI Group LL, a healthcare revenue cycle provider. She was previously at Microsoft, where she was Chief Technology Officer for its Healthcare and Life Sciences business.

At Microsoft, Primmer Morris led a team of digital advisors that helped healthcare organizations embrace digital transformation by using cloud technology to harness artificial intelligence and machine learning to solve critical issues and make a significant difference for patients, providers, payers, and researchers.

Before joining Microsoft, she held senior leadership roles at Kaiser Permanente Foundation Health Plan, one of the U.S.’s largest not-for-profit healthcare providers, where she spearheaded key finance, clinical and HR programs, including acquisition integration, systems support, organizational restructuring and creation of shared services. She had previously been a Director at Bearing Point Consulting and held senior consulting roles at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting and PeopleSoft. 

Primmer Morris serves on the board of three healthcare technology companies, Heru, Inc., Advancing Eyecare and Ingenovis Health. She was named to the 2021 Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology and the Top 100 Women in Tech 2021 lists by the Tech Inclusion Conference. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree (summa cum laude) from The Catholic University of America.
