London — (16 January 2025) — Global strategy consultancy L.E.K. Consulting is pleased to announce the appointment of four senior leaders to key positions in its European offices. These appointments reinforce the firm’s commitment to delivering crucial insights and guidance that enable business leaders across industries to make critical decisions with clarity and confidence.
David Bishop has been announced as head of the consumer sector for Europe. David has a successful track record of supporting leading consumer brands and investors on growth strategy, commercial improvement and innovation, customer experience, and M&A execution. His expertise spans multiple consumer-facing industries across Europe, Asia and Australia/New Zealand. David holds a postgraduate honours degree in commerce from the University of Auckland.
Tobias Koesters will serve as head of the healthcare sector for Europe. Tobias specialises in advising healthcare and life sciences companies on commercial strategy, transactions, market access, and innovation. He has extensive experience supporting healthcare organisations and investors across the region, focusing on strategic growth and market development. After building L.E.K.’s local activities in healthcare services and medtech in the DACH and CEE regions, he will now lead the European Healthcare Team. Tobias studied business administration and health economics at the University of Bayreuth and earned a graduate degree (Diplom-Kaufmann) in international management, finance, and banking.
Dr. Stefan Schrettle has been announced as head of L.E.K.’s Munich office. Stefan joined the firm in 2016 and brings extensive experience in strategy consulting, commercial M&A support and value creation, with a focus on medtech, healthcare services and healthcare IT. He advises clients on market entry strategies, product portfolio strategy and business model transformation, and he will dedicate his efforts to further strengthening L.E.K.’s presence and service portfolio in the DACH and CEE region. Stefan holds a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from the University of Augsburg, with a focus on strategy and innovation management, and a Ph.D. in strategic management and business innovation from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.
Dr. Anne Dhulesia will serve as head of L.E.K.’s Paris office. Anne is a seasoned consultant supporting clients in the life sciences sector. She advises corporate biopharma and CDMO clients on a wide range of assignments, including business development support, product and franchise strategy, and R&D strategy. She also provides transaction support to pharmaceutical, biotech, and private equity firms looking to acquire, divest or exit assets. Anne earned a bachelor’s degree from École normale supérieure (Ulm) in Paris, a Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from London Business School.
