Heather Ingrando to Lead the Firm’s Americas People Team
BOSTON, MA (Feb 1, 2023) – L.E.K. Consulting, the global strategy consulting firm, announced that Heather Ingrando has joined the firm as the Americas Chief People Officer. She will lead the Americas People Team and work on building L.E.K.’s culture, employee engagement and talent strategies.
Ingrando was most recently Managing Director of Human Resources at alternative investment manager Audax Group in Boston.

Before joining Audax in 2017, Ingrando spent over ten years in senior leadership roles at Health Advances, a healthcare consulting firm, and at The Kessler Group.
Ingrando served as a board member of 100 Women of Needham Who Care and on the leadership committee of CureSearch for Children’s Cancer Boston Walk. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Indiana University, Bloomington.
