Stanfield adds deep expertise in procurement and supply chain management
 

BOSTON, MA (Feb. 8, 2023) – L.E.K. Consulting, the global strategy consulting firm, announced that Matt Stanfield has joined the firm as a Managing Director in the Organization & Performance practice, which guides companies through significant periods of change by focusing on organizational design and effectiveness, performance improvement, and post-merger integration. 

Matt brings extensive experience in end-to-end supply chain solution development across a variety of business sectors. He has deep expertise in client problems that require improved organization capability, cost and performance improvements, and enhanced customer experience. Matt has global operating experience and has led engagements in the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific.

Prior to joining L.E.K., Stanfield was a Managing Director with a leading operational advisory firm and spent fourteen years as  a supply chain executive at Electrolux Major Appliances, where he operated in various leadership roles and consulted across the Americas, Europe and Southeast Asia. Stanfield holds a B.S. in Business from Southern Wesleyan University.
