Boston, MA (March 16, 2020) – Consulting magazine has named L.E.K. Consulting Principal Lauren DeVestern and Senior Engagement Manager Justin Craigwell-Graham Rising Stars of the Profession. Craigwell-Graham, a member of the firm’s Consumer practice, was recognized for client service, and DeVestern, who is also in the firm’s Consumer practice, for leadership.

DeVestern joined L.E.K. in 2010 and is based in the Boston office. She is one of the firm’s experts in pet products, beauty and personal care and fashion, and contributes to critical practice-building efforts. A leader in L.E.K.’s Women’s Network, she led a push for firmwide nonconscious bias training and is heading a global initiative to promote happiness and work/life balance for all employees. She is also an emerging thought leader on sustainability and does pro bono work for an international conservation organization. DeVestern holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Russian from Barnard College.
Craigwell-Graham joined L.E.K.’s Chicago office in 2010. He advises Fortune 500 companies and leading financial buyers across the food and beverage value chain, including CPG, grocery, foodservice, distributor and agricultural players. He is a founder of L.E.K.’s diversity group Mosaic and participates in the firm’s diversity recruiting efforts. He is also a member of L.E.K.’s social and community service committees. Craigwell-Graham received an undergraduate degree from Duke University and an M.S. in finance from the University of Illinois.
Both DeVestern and Craigwell-Graham will be honored at a gala awards dinner on April 16, 2020 in Chicago.
