BOSTON (Mar. 7, 2024) – L.E.K. Consulting Managing Director and Partner Corey Highfield has been named a Rising Star of the Profession by Consulting magazine. Highfield, a member of the firm’s Industrials practice and a collaborator with the Digital practice, was recognized for Excellence in Client Service.

Highfield, based in the Boston office, supports corporate and private equity clients across projects focused on growth strategy, market assessments, M&A and digital strategy. Beyond client projects, he works closely with leadership to influence talent development and diversity initiatives within the firm. Recognized for his mentorship, he earned a 97% Net Promoter Score from colleagues. Highfield’s leadership contributions have also earned him the Industrials Team Building Champion award and the Global People Survey Star award, in addition to leading community building for the Boston office.
