Steingoltz, a Senior Leader in the Firm’s Food & Beverage and Beauty Practices, Also Continues Her Key Client Relationship Role
Boston, MA (March 13, 2025) – Global strategy consultancy L.E.K. Consulting has elected Managing Director Maria Steingoltz as the new Global Consumer Sector Co-Head, Americas. She succeeds Chris Randall, who will continue to focus on serving his key clients while also devoting a portion of his time as the newly appointed Chief Operating Officer, Americas.
Global Sector Co-Heads lead L.E.K.’s major industry verticals, including Healthcare, Consumer, Industrials, TMT and Financial Services, and are responsible for fostering firm-wide collaboration and expertise development.

Steingoltz, who until recently served as the head of L.E.K.’s Chicago office, has been with the firm since 2003. Working across the retail and consumer products sectors, she has a special focus on food and beverage and beauty and personal care. Steingoltz advises clients on a range of critical strategic issues, including pricing, growth strategy, mergers and acquisitions, consumer segmentation and international expansion. She’s received the Women Leaders in Consulting award and the Rising Star of the Consulting Profession award from Consulting Magazine. She holds a BA from Northwestern University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
Randall, with L.E.K. since 2005, has served as Global Consumer Sector Co-Head of the Americas for 3 years. His term was marked by significant growth across the practice.
