London (March 11, 2021) ― L.E.K. Consulting, a global management consulting firm, today announced the appointment of Justin Balcombe as a partner to co-head the firm’s Insurance practice. Based in London, Balcombe joins L.E.K. from another consultancy, where he was a partner in its global insurance practice. He will lead L.E.K.’s Insurance practice with partner Ashish Khanna.
Balcombe has over three decades of experience in the insurance industry. He advises CEOs, company boards and senior management teams on strategy, performance, business transformation and innovation. He has deep experience across the insurance value chain, including personal, large commercial and speciality lines, life, re-insurance, technology and claims management.
Balcombe’s career has included leadership positions at a number of consultancies focused on the industry. He is a passionate advocate for diversity, climate change and mental health.
