Information for all recruitment agencies and retained search firms looking to introduce candidates to L.E.K. Consulting
L.E.K. Consulting uses only specific retained search firms and recruitment agencies on our Preferred Supplier List (PSL). We do not accept unsolicited CVs from agencies who are not part of our PSL, and we will not pay agency fees associated with unsolicited applications. This covers permanent, temporary, consultancy, and fixed-term contract recruitment across all global offices.
If this policy is not followed, we reserve the right to pursue and hire unsolicited CV candidates directly without any obligation to any third-party terms and conditions, even when these are submitted with the CV. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
At present, we are not looking for any additional suppliers to add to our PSL. However, if you wish to make a formal request, our preferred communication method is by email to GlobalRecPolicy@lek.com with your terms, areas of expertise, and geographical coverage. We will keep your details on file and, should we need additional suppliers, we will contact you accordingly.
