Is Link to L.E.K. evaluative?
No, but if you are accepted to the program, you will receive an accelerated invitation to final round interviews. Link to L.E.K. is an opportunity for us to meet you, but more importantly for you to get to know L.E.K. Consulting.

If I’m not accepted to the Link program, can I still apply for full-time?
Yes, if you do not receive an invitation for the Link program, you can still submit an application for a full-time LSS role.

What if I’m graduating in 2026?
Link to L.E.K. is an annual program, so if you are graduating in 2026, you should wait and apply next year.

Are there other internship opportunities offered to advanced degree candidates?
At this time, we do not offer other internship opportunities for advanced degree candidates.

What is the role of a PhD / post-doc in consulting?
As an LSS, you gain comprehensive training that integrates science, business, and economics to prepare you for strategic leadership in the Healthcare and Life Sciences industry. You will not only be a technical expert, but also a business expert, developing cutting-edge strategic and managerial skills that provide a strong foundation for a career at L.E.K. Consulting

Does an MD-equivalent degree from another country qualify me for the Link program/LSS role?
Yes, if you have an MD-equivalent degree you are eligible.
