Jon is a Managing Director and Partner in L.E.K.’s Boston Office and currently serves on the firm’s Global Leadership Team. He leads L.E.K.’s global Retail and Consumer practices. Jon has been with L.E.K. since 2000 and has extensive experience working across retail channels and with worldwide consumer brands. He advises clients on a range of strategic issues, including growth strategy, digital and channel strategy, pricing and promotions, customer experience and engagement, consumer insights and brand position, merchandising and service offering development, performance improvement, and mergers and acquisitions. His clients span a variety of sectors, including apparel, footwear, health and wellness, food and beverage, sporting goods, pet, restaurants and consumer durables.

Prior to L.E.K., Jon spent four years with Deloitte & Touche. Jon received his MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and holds a BS with highest honors in business and economics from Lehigh University.
