Feras Mahdi is a Partner in L.E.K.’s Healthcare practice, based in Singapore. He brings more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, 17 years in medtech and 10 years within business consulting spanning across more than 25 countries globally. Feras has led consultants and advisors who help private and public healthcare institutions improve their performance, transform their organizations, and unlock their growth potential.
Feras is passionate about leveraging data to drive clinical, business and social outcomes. He has advised medtech companies and healthcare providers on how to optimize their operations, enhance their business performance, and increase their patient centricity. Before joining L.E.K., Feras held a regional management role with a leading healthcare consultancy firm. Prior to that, he held leadership roles in a global medtech company, a healthcare consulting firm and a start-up. Feras has a strong academic background in life sciences, internal medicine, and business. His current areas of interest include business resilience, organizational development, AI in healthcare, and disability rights in the workplace.
