
L.E.K. Consulting Bridge: a Pre-MBA Program is designed to introduce incoming full-time MBA students to the world of strategy consulting. The initiative aims to provide early exposure to the consulting industry — particularly for those who may have had limited access or familiarity with the field — and to support L.E.K.’s ongoing commitment to Belonging@LEK. The 2025 program will be held virtually June 24th and 25th, 2025.
About the program
L.E.K. Consulting Bridge Program participants will:
- Participate in virtual sessions focused on problem-solving and case interview preparation
- Learn about the consulting lifestyle and what to expect in a strategy consulting career
- Connect directly with L.E.K. consultants and senior team members through networking opportunities
- Gain clarity on the strategy consulting profession through a dynamic, immersive experience
- Build a strong foundation of insights and skills ahead of business school

You must be admitted to a full-time MBA program with an anticipated graduation date of 2027* to apply.

Who is eligible to apply for the L.E.K. Bridge Program?
We welcome applications from pre-MBA candidates who are preparing to attend a full-time business school program in the upcoming academic year and are interested in exploring a career in strategy consulting.
Is the L.E.K. Bridge Program open to international students?
Yes, the program is open to eligible candidates regardless of citizenship, provided they plan to attend a U.S.-based business school.
When does the program take place?
The Bridge Program typically takes place June 24th and 25th and includes a series of virtual sessions over the course of 2 days.
What is the time commitment for the program?
Participants can expect to dedicate approximately 2 full days over the course of the program, with flexible scheduling designed to accommodate other commitments.
What topics will be covered?
Participants will explore problem-solving techniques, case interview strategies, the consulting lifestyle and insights into our work and culture.
Will this program lead to a summer internship opportunity?
While participation does not guarantee an offer, it is a valuable step in building a relationship with our firm and preparing for future recruitment opportunities.
