You've got to have the right product configuration and it is going to be very different in the kingdom than what you would find in any other location, other GCC market itself. Like I mentioned, this is a very local driven market and with most local driven markets, they're also value conscious. They will pay, have the ability to pay premium, but they would want the value out of it because you will rarely find a huge proportion that is being, for example, company paid seats. So parents will be more involved, they'll be in there for a longer term in the school, so they'll be a lot more value conscious.
You need to understand the changing demographic, strong operating policies. This is one area where we believe that actually some global providers will have an edge because they've been used to operate in highly competitive and regulated environments where operating above, you know, the sort of policies and procedures are important. Understanding parent demands is critical. They can shift, so you need to be on top of that.
You should be willing to flex your value proposition and ensure that there is a high level of quality, etc. That is there.
