Since March 23, L.E.K. Consulting has conducted a survey tracking key areas of concern for U.S. hospitals and the actions they are taking in response to COVID-19. This overview of survey results provides insights into the change in hospital sentiment and strategy over the course of the COVID-19 pandemic in the U.S. and highlights some of the key findings. Viewers can interactively engage with the survey data through the dashboard. For full results from The Impact of COVID-19 on U.S. Hospitals survey, please check our published reports here.

The survey is currently administered on a biweekly to monthly basis. The sample size is approximately 70-100 hospital administrators and clinicians in each edition across a diverse set of U.S. hospital and outpatient facilities. The online dashboard will continue to be updated to track ongoing changes in U.S. hospitals.
