About Rob Wilson
Rob Wilson is a Managing Director and Partner in L.E.K. Consulting’s Chicago office. He specializes in the Consumer Products and Retail sector with a more specific focus in the Food and Beverage practice. Rob advises clients on a range of critical strategic business issues, including growth strategy, price pack architecture strategy, trade spend optimization, merger and acquisition support, profitability enhancement, and organizational transformation.

Rob received his BSE in industrial and operations engineering from the University of Michigan and his MBA, with honors, from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Rob is an instructor during Merger Week at the Kellogg Graduate School's executive education center, the premier executive program focused on acquisition best practices.

About Noor Abdel-Samed
Noor Abdel-Samed is a Managing Director in L.E.K. Consulting’s Boston office and a Consumer sector specialist. He has deep expertise in digital, omnichannel, ecommerce, consumer segmentation, pricing and promotions, and he has significant experience leading teams through market-facing and organization-changing initiatives from conception through implementation.

Prior to joining L.E.K., Noor held digital and retail leadership positions at CVS Health and BJ’s Wholesale Club. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Juris Doctor from Emory University.
