Headed by Carol Wingard, the Committee Shepherds the Development of Top Professionals and Evaluates Their Readiness for Election to the Partnership

BOSTON (July 30, 2018) – L.E.K. Consulting, a global management consulting firm, has named seven of the firm’s leaders to L.E.K.’s Partner Development Committee. The Committee is charged with shepherding the development of promising L.E.K. Principals, determining their readiness to become Partners, and ensuring that opportunities and standards for Partner promotions are consistent across the firm.

The Partner Development Committee will now be headed by Carol Wingard. Other partners appointed to serve on the Committee are Simon Barrett (Sydney), Remy Ossmann (Paris), Lucas Pain (Chicago), Sue St. Sure (Los Angeles) and Peter Ward (London). Global Chief Talent Officer Peter Sullivan (Boston), was also named to the committee.
